This is a flagship, single-asset leadership role overseeing a large-scale, multi-tenant tower, requiring full accountability for operational performance, service delivery, and occupier experience. The position carries significant visibility within a best-in-class portfolio and will play a critical role in the mobilisation, stabilisation, and long-term optimisation of the building, including oversight of major tenant fit-outs, high-value service charge budgets, and the embedding of robust operational processes.
