The Haberdashers’ Company seeks to appoint a

Head of Estates Management

to provide strategic leadership and client oversight of estate capital projects, maintenance and compliance across the school, Hall, and commercial estate portfolios. The postholder will offer expert advice and assurance to the Company’s governance committees and leadership, while establishing strong project delivery, compliance, and reporting frameworks.Responsibilities

Proven track record of leading a similar diverse and technically complex portfolio with a strong emphasis on assurance.Exceptional interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, resilient and dedicated to supporting Haberdashers’ mission.Remuneration and Benefits

Up to £70,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. The pay range is provided by The Haberdashers'' Company and is dependent on skills and experience.How to Apply
