Head of Estates and Facilities Contract Length - 6-Month Contract Salary - £60,000 - £68,000 pro rata Location - Wrexham Days - Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Trek Recruitment is partnering with a large, prestigious organisation in Wrexham to recruit an experienced Head of Estates and Facilities for an initial 6-month contract. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of estates and campus services across a multi-site portfolio.THE ROLE You will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive estates and facilities function. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estates professional to make a significant impact on the organisation''s campus environment, operational efficiency, and long-term estate development. Key Responsibilities Provide visible and strategic leadership for Estates Management services across multiple sites (20 mile radius of Wrexham, Wrexham main day to day work location). Lead the planning and delivery of major capital projects, planned maintenance programmes, and estate development initiatives. Ensure the highest standards of compliance, health and safety, sustainability, and risk management. Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary in-house team alongside key outsourced contractors and specialist suppliers.
