Head of ERP Service Management

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Head of BSR Service Management to work for our client within the UK public sector.This is initially a 6 month contract with good potential to extend and will be a remote role. The role will support a major organisational transition, overseeing corporate service delivery. Our client is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic oversight of a newly established Service Management function. This role is critical to ensuring corporate services are delivered effectively during a high-profile transition period.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership to the Service Management function, ensuring end-to-end delivery assurance of corporate services Oversee service performance against agreed frameworks, service levels and governance structures Act as a senior escalation point for critical delivery issues and broker resolutions across organisations Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships Represent the function in senior governance forums and provide insight on performance, risk and planningChair senior performance review meetings and drive resolution of key issuesProvide oversight of financial and resource planning to ensure value for money and alignment with prioritiesAbout YouSignificant experience leading a Service Management function or equivalent in a complex organisationDeep understanding of corporate services including HR, Finance, Estates, Procurement, Customer Services and IT/Digital Proven ..... full job details .....
