We are seeking a Head of EDIB who will lead the development and nurturing of a culture where equity and inclusion are embedded in everything we do. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team spanning EDIB, including anti racism, safeguarding and co production, while working collaboratively across Turn2us to enable impactful co production and champion a positive, values led approach to safeguarding. The role will play a key part in shaping and sustaining organisational culture, ensuring that our practices are inclusive, equitable and aligned with our mission.
