Head of Equipment Installation UK Industrial Door and Loading Bay EquipmentOverviewTDRS Recruitment is working exclusively with a major international organisation to appoint a Head of Equipment Installation UK.This is a senior operational leadership position with responsibility for a national, project-led installation function.Reporting at senior leadership level, you will lead a multidisciplinary operational team while taking significant responsibility for project delivery, customer performance, subcontractor management, operational improvement and financial results.This opportunity will particularly suit an established operational leader who enjoys improving a function rather than simply maintaining one.The RoleYou will lead Project Managers alongside planning and Drawing Office functions responsible for delivering equipment installation projects throughout the UK.Installation is currently delivered through subcontract partners, making strong subcontractor management, project governance and commercial control particularly important.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and developing operational and project teamsOverseeing the successful delivery of installation projectsDriving stronger project and cost controlImproving forecasting, revenue and margin performanceManaging key subcontractor relationshipsBuilding relationships with customers and main contractorsProviding senior-level escalation and problem solvingImproving customer communication throughout project ..... full job details .....
