Head of EPM FCCS and Financial Data Structure Cambridge Hybrid Working (3 Days per Week) Competitive SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance systems and transformation professional to play a pivotal role in a major finance transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead the development, governance and optimisation of financial data structures and group reporting capabilities, ensuring the organisation can deliver accurate, insightful and robust financial and statutory reporting.This is a highly visible role at the heart of a significant transformation programme, offering the chance to shape the future of financial reporting, planning and budgeting across a diverse and complex environment.Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic management and governance of financial data structures and chart of accounts development. Own and maintain FCCS data structures, integrity and data quality to support group and statutory reporting requirements. Drive the design and delivery of enhanced financial reporting solutions and processes. Act as the finance subject-matter expert, ensuring systems and reporting capabilities meet business requirements.
