Are you an experienced Head of English looking for your next opportunity, or a Second in Charge ready to step into department leadership?

Think Education Partners is recruiting a Head of English to lead the department and teach across KS4 and KS5. This is an opportunity to bring your subject expertise, support colleagues and help shape teaching and learning within English.

The role will involve:

• Leading the English department, with a focus on high standards of teaching and pupil progress.

• Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across -3 to 5.

• Supporting colleagues and contributing to curriculum development.

• Monitoring achievement and identifying where pupils need additional support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has UK teaching experience, which is essential.

• Is an experienced Head of Department or a Second in Charge ready to take the next step.

• Has strong subject knowledge and experience teaching English at KS4 and KS5.

• Can lead, motivate and support colleagues.

• Is passionate about English and helping pupils achieve their potential.
