The role will involve: Leading the English department, with a focus on high standards of teaching and pupil progress. Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across 3 to 5. Supporting colleagues and contributing to curriculum development. Monitoring achievement and identifying where pupils need additional support. We are looking for someone who: Has UK teaching experience, which is essential. Is an experienced Head of Department or a Second in Charge ready to take the next step.
