The Role Lead and manage the English department across KS3 and KS4 Drive outstanding teaching, learning, and student outcomes Monitor progress and implement effective intervention strategies Support and develop department staff through coaching and mentoring Contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives Promote a positive, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching English in a secondary setting Previous leadership responsibility or readiness to step into a leadership role Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment Excellent communication and organisational ..... full job details .....
