Head of Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Engineering for our client based in Colchester. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all product-related engineering activities, including product development, CAD design, research and development (RandD), and process optimisation, ensuring the company delivers high-quality, cost-efficient, and defect-free trailers. This role will involve collaboration between design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to accelerate product delivery and enhance operational efficiency. As part of the SLT, you will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, building a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
