Sapien Engineering are looking for a Head of Engineering to join a well-established aerospace business on a permanent basis. Starting salary circa 95,000 + benefits. Hybrid working supported on a case-by-case basis depending on distance from client site in Bedford, Bedfordshire. Job requirements: Strong technical background with mechanical, mechatronics or aerodynamic propulsion Significant experience with robotics, aerospace, UAV or similar field Leadership experience within an engineering environment Project management and project leadership when required Please note all applicants must have or be able to obtain full UK SC Clearance.
