Role: Head of EngineeringLocation: Rochester, KentSalary: 100,000+ negotiable depending on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus Our client, an established multi-national engineering firm, require an experienced Head of Engineering to join their growing business in Rochester. This leadership role is responsible for delivering world-class Electronics and Avionics Systems products to military and commercial customers. You will lead a multi-discipline department of over 250 Engineers, including Electronic Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical Design and Analysis and Qualification. This is part of an 800 strong growing engineering department.
