This role combines software engineering, technical leadership and strategic influence. you''ll contribute code regularly, guide technical direction, mentor a small team of experienced developers and work closely with the Founder to ensure technology continues to support business growth. What you''ll be doing Leading the technical direction and architecture of a cloud-based SaaS platform Remaining hands-on with development across Back End, Front End and cloud infrastructure Writing and reviewing code while maintaining high engineering standards Mentoring and supporting a small team of senior developers Owning Azure-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and platform reliability Delivering integrations with customer and third-party systems Helping shape the companys approach to AI-enabled products and tools Working closely with business stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions Technology environment includes: .NET and C# React, JavaScript and TypeScript ..... full job details .....
