Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a member of the Senior Management Team, you will provide technical and strategic leadership for the Engineering function. You will lead and develop the Engineering team, drive product development and continuous improvement, and ensure our products continue to meet the demanding requirements of our customers and markets. What you''ll be doing Leading, developing and supporting the Engineering Design team. Overseeing the design and development of new and existing valve products. Driving product improvement, innovation and engineering best practice. Working closely with Production Engineering to improve manufacturability and efficiency.
