As the business continues to grow, the Head of Engineering will play a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking overall responsibility for the engineering function, delivering strategic objectives and driving operational performance across the organisation. Duties of the Head of Engineering Act as the technical authority for engineering and regulatory compliance, supporting quality and compliance audits. Oversee the design and development of products, ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively, on time, and in line with customer requirements Drive the engineering RandD programme, identifying future market opportunities and implementing cost-reduction initiatives Serve as the company''s technical representative with customers, industry bodies, standards committees, and trade associations Provide expert guidance on design, engineering standards, and technical specifications across the business.
