We are recruiting a Head of Engineering / Fleet Engineer for an established passenger transport business in Lancashire. This opportunity is open both to experienced senior engineering managers and to strong PSV Engineering Supervisors, Assistant Engineering Managers or Engineering Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career and assume broader responsibility across multiple locations. This is a senior technical and operational position requiring a strong understanding of vehicle engineering alongside the realities of day-to-day bus and coach operations. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing engineering performance across two depot locations Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely, reliably and to required standards Managing fleet maintenance, inspections, servicing and repair programmes Maximising fleet availability and supporting daily operational requirements Monitoring engineering compliance and maintenance documentation Providing technical leadership and support to workshop teams Managing engineering priorities, workload and vehicle downtime Supporting engineering ..... full job details .....
