Head of Engineering London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in London) £120,000 + Bonus We''re partnering with an innovative, technology-led organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and develop a growing engineering function. This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineering leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving delivery and influencing technology strategy. Reporting to the CTO, you''ll lead an engineering organisation of up to 20 people, shaping the engineering roadmap while creating a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. The Role As Head of Engineering, you''ll be responsible for leading the engineering function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives and developing a high-performing engineering culture. Working closely with Product, Architecture and senior business stakeholders, you''ll translate business priorities into engineering outcomes while championing modern engineering practices and Agile ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop an engineering organisation of up to 20 people. Define and execute the engineering strategy alongside the CTO. Shape and deliver the technology roadmap.
