This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering maintenance, reliability and asset performance across plant, equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a fully integrated 24/7 engineering support function to operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing engineering teams, managing budgets (Opex and Capex), driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance function across the division Ensure delivery of all maintenance activities across plant, equipment and infrastructure Maintain high levels of asset reliability and availability to support operational demands Develop and manage Opex and Capital maintenance budgets, aligned to business plans Deliver maintenance strategies in line with a 3-year capital plan Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity and cost performance Provide leadership on health, safety and environmental standards, ..... full job details .....
