Head of Energy and Sustainability LOCATION: Leeds and Hull SALARY: Competitive senior leadership package with car C3 Consultancy is recruiting a Head of Energy and Sustainability to lead its established energy and sustainability consultancy. The Head of Energy and Sustainability will take responsibility for the commercial, operational and technical performance of the consultancy, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As Head of Energy and Sustainability, you ll lead a multidisciplinary team of Energy Consultants, Building Services Engineers and Designers while driving growth, strengthening client relationships and developing C3 Group s profile across the industry. This opportunity would suit an experienced professional within energy, building services or decarbonisation consultancy delivering work for external clients, covering estate energy strategies, heat decarbonisation plans, energy audits, and feasibility studies to public-sector organisations. You will see this as an opportunity to grow the consultancy and progress to Directorship. Working closely with the Managing Director, you ll shape the business strategy, take ownership of commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to a consistently high standard.
