As part of its continued growth, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to establish and lead a new specialist Employment offering. This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up, with responsibility for developing the practice, growing a team and helping shape its future direction. The Role You will handle a broad range of employment matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work, while taking a lead role in developing the firm''s new Employment offering. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own employment caseload from instruction through to completion. Advising both individuals and businesses across a broad range of employment matters. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Taking responsibility for the growth and development of the Employment practice. Supporting the recruitment of junior solicitors and paralegals as the team expands. Mentoring, supervising and developing junior members of the team.
