They are seeking a Head of Embedded Software Development to lead embedded software strategy, architecture, and engineering delivery across multiple product lines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead embedded software engineering teams (C/C++, RTOS, embedded Linux) - Define and own embedded software architecture and platform strategy - Deliver New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining engineering programmes - Drive CI/CD adoption, automated testing, and embedded DevOps practices - Implement model-based development and simulation (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink) - Improve hardware-software co-design and early-stage system integration - Build reusable, modular software platforms across product lines - Define and track engineering KPIs (quality, delivery, time-to-market) - Lead engineering governance, design reviews, and technical standards - Manage cross-functional and multi-site engineering teams and partners REQUIREMENTS - 10+ years'' embedded software experience - Proven leadership ...
