      <description>Location: Dublin | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Head of Electronics - Republic of Ireland    Our client is a leading commercial aerospace company based in Ireland, currently seeking a Head of Electronics to oversee the development of complex aerospace-grade electronic components.  In this role you will serve as the head of electronics, overseeing analogue and digital design teams as well as the test function.  Responsibilities;    Managed a team of electronics engineers covering skills from analogue design, digital design, FPGA design, and test.   Take responsibility for the delivery of all products, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality targets are met.   Define people management structures, including but not limited to: professional development plans, mentoring, training and coaching strategy.
