Reporting to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership role will provide strategic and operational oversight of elective access performance, ensuring delivery against national standards including RTT, diagnostics, cancer pathways, elective waiting lists and cancelled operations. Head of Elective Care Key Responsibilities Lead the Trust-wide elective access agenda, driving performance improvement and recovery plans. Oversee PTL management, validation processes and performance reporting. Develop and implement robust monitoring, escalation and governance frameworks.
