Job Title: Head of Education (Study Programmes) Location: -Must be flexible with travel across Centres Salary: up to -55,000 (depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: To provide strategic leadership across all Government-funded education provision, including Study Programmes, Supported Internships and SEND. Lead and support management teams across multiple sites, ensuring resources are used effectively and agreed KPIs are achieved. Work in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, to shape and deliver strategic plans for the continued development and growth of the education provision. Oversee the financial performance of Government-funded provision, ensuring budgets, funding requirements and contractual targets are effectively managed.
