Key Responsibilities Lead strategic School Organisation and Place Planning across the borough. Lead complex public and statutory consultation processes. Manage school organisation proposals including expansions, amalgamations, PAN reductions and changes to provision. Lead mainstream and SEND sufficiency planning. Use pupil forecasting and demographic data to inform future provision. Work closely with schools, communities, the DfE, senior officers and elected members. Provide strategic advice and reports for Cabinet, Scrutiny and senior leadership. Support education estate, resource and financial planning.
