This is a unique opportunity to establish a high-quality educational setting from the ground up, creating a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive environment where children and young people can thrive.Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the provision, ensuring outstanding educational outcomes and maintaining compliance with Ofsted and independent school standards.Our provision will support children and young people aged 7 17 with a range of needs, such as SEND, SEMH and SEBD.
