Online Trading and PerformanceDeliver online sales and profit targets across H. Samuel and Ernest Jones websitesLead the creation of budgets, forecasts and trading plans to maximise sales, conversion and AOVDrive actionable insight, KPI reporting and optimisation strategies to improve resultsCustomer ExperienceEnsure websites reflect brand values through storytelling, inspirational content and exceptional shopping experiencesCollaborate with Digital Marketing, SEO and Customer teams to grow traffic and customer engagementOversee website content, navigation, product placement and promotionsManage launches of new products, seasonal campaigns and promotional eventsPartner with UX and Product teams to continuously enhance site functionality and customer journeysMerchandising and Product RangingPartner with Buying and Merchandising to optimise online product rangesEnsure product content is accurate, compelling and commercially effectiveManage onsite product presentation and visual merchandising to drive conversionMonitor competitors and market activity to inform strategyUse data and analytics to uncover opportunities, optimise performance and shape future plansContribute to Signet’s digital roadmap, working closely with the Director of Customer, IT and Digital Product teamsTeam and Stakeholder LeadershipLead and develop the Ecommerce Trading team, setting clear goals and driving capabilityBuild strong relationships across internal teams and external partnersEnsure collaboration, agility and best practice across all digital trading activityAbout you

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.You’ll bring:A proven track record in Ecommerce trading leadership, ideally in a multi-brand retail environmentStrong commercial acumen with experience managing online PandL and delivering growth strategiesExpertise in Ecommerce KPIs, forecasting, reporting and using data to drive decisionsExperience in customer acquisition, retention and conversion strategiesA collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing teamsResilience, agility and a hands-on approach to driving resultsWe offer a fantastic job and more…
