The Role: As Head of Ecommerce and Social Commerce (rest of world), you''ll be responsible for leading the commercial performance of the International online business, owning the digital trading strategy across ecommerce, social commerce, CRM and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities:Own the commercial performance and PandL of the international ecommerce business.Lead the digital trading strategy across ecommerce and social commerce channels.Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data-led decision making.Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.Optimise onsite performance, merchandising and customer experience for the international customer.Lead social commerce initiatives, creator partnerships and digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales.Work closely with internal teams and external partners ..... full job details .....
