This strategic yet hands-on Head of E-commerce and Digital Growth role will oversee Shopify e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, marketplaces, social media and digital trading, working closely with the Directors and wider Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead trading and optimisation of two Shopify websites, improving merchandising, customer journey, conversion and sales. Drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google, SEO and other digital channels, maximising ROAS. Lead CRM and retention across email and SMS, including segmentation and automated customer journeys.
