Head of Early Years

.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to helping each child flourish and fulfil their potential. The Head of Early Years will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Early Years and Pre-Reception provision, overseeing four classes for 23 year olds and four Pre-Reception classes for 34 year olds.The Successful Candidate WillHave strong knowledge of the EYFS FrameworkDemonstrate proven leadership experience in an Early Years settingBe familiar with ISI inspection frameworks and expectationsCommunicate clearly with staff and parentsBe committed to promoting curiosity, kindness and respect in school life

RequirementsMinimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or an Early Years degreeMinimum of 5 years experience in an Early Years setting or 2 years in a leadership or management roleProven experience delivering high-quality Early Years teachingStrong understanding of safeguarding and child developmentConfidence in leading a team and driving improvementExcellent communication and organisational skills

Working HoursFull-time, Monday to FridayShift pattern: 7:45am4:30pm and 8:45am5:30pm (on alternate days)
