Head of Distribution Property MGAUK-based with regular broker travel£85,000 + future bonus and equity opportunityAre you an experienced property insurance professional who knows how to open doors, build influential broker relationships and turn a distribution strategy into profitable GWP?This is an opportunity to join the founding leadership team of an ambitious new Property MGA and build its distribution function from the ground up.Working alongside the Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Underwriting, you will have genuine influence over the broker proposition, underwriting strategy and future direction of the business.There is no rigid corporate playbook waiting for you.
