Head of Digital Solutions Midlands Hybrid Role Regular Travel Required (2-3 Days Per Week) Paying between £ + car allowance + 10% bonus. A leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Digital to lead and develop its digital capability across a multi-site operation. Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this strategic leadership role will be responsible for ERP, IT, Digital Solutions, Data and Analytics, Automation and AI, with a particular focus on maximising the value of ERP systems to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and business performance. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular engagement with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth. You will lead the organisation''s digital strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring systems, data and digital solutions are aligned to business objectives and delivering measurable value. Key responsibilities include: Defining and delivering the digital and ERP strategy. Leading the ongoing optimisation, development and governance of ERP and business-critical systems. Driving digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives. Developing data, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
