Head of Digital Services

Combining software innovation with operational infrastructure, the Head of Digital Services will lead the development of digital platforms while ensuring the reliability and scalability of internal IT systems. This role brings together cloud architecture, AI driven product development and IT operations, supporting both internal business processes and customer facing platforms. You will play a central role in shaping digital capability, working across technical strategy, system delivery and day to day operational performance. The Head of Digital Services will: Lead the development of customer facing digital platforms, including fleet and operational management tools. Design and implement internal systems and automation tools to support business operations. Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including hardware and system availability. Oversee cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security and performance. Support deployment pipelines, version control and infrastructure management processes. Work with cross functional teams to deliver integrated digital and operational solutions. The Head of Digital Services will have: Strong experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript. Extensive experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, with knowledge of AWS. Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
