Head of Digital Services Manchester Our client, a UK-based group, is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Services to lead end-to-end IT operations, technology strategy, and digital transformation across the organisation and its subsidiaries. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for delivering secure, reliable IT services while driving technology modernisation across infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, and ways of working. Key Responsibilities Own the group-wide IT and digital services strategy, governance, and technology roadmap Lead IT service delivery across service desk, field support, infrastructure, and business systems Drive the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Own and enhance the organisation s management system Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and risk management Identify and embed AI technologies, including AI agents, safely and pragmatically to improve business outcomes Manage IT budgets, suppliers, contracts, and technology investments to deliver value for money Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary IT team Ensure technology services continue to evolve in line with business objectives and organisational growth What We re Looking For Senior leadership experience with responsibility for IT and digital services across multi-site organisations Strong service delivery expertise and ITIL-aligned operational management Proven cybersecurity ..... full job details .....
