They''ve built a thriving customer base, strong unit economics, and a top-tier team - and now they''re looking for a Senior Digital Growth Lead (or Head of Digital Growth) to own the digital engine end to end.
The role
You''ll lead across acquisition, CRO, and retention - setting strategy, managing a small high-performing team, and ensuring performance is dialled in across every touchpoint.
This is a great opportunity for someone who''s hands-on, highly commercial, and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

- Proven digital growth experience in a D2C or subscription business
- Deep expertise across paid, SEO, CRM, CRO, analytics
- Strong leadership skills with a test-and-learn mindset
- A sharp operator who can balance strategy with execution
