Head of Design and Operations (Events)

They also have an amazing company culture, ensuring they consistently create opportunities for everybody to build a fulfilling career, investing in development, both personal and professional, providing accessible leadership and loads of team socials.Key Responsibilities:Primarily work with the Client Experience, Event Production and Marketing teams to define design programming at scaleBe key in enhancing the agency’s design system, focusing on reusability and accessibility, and fostering a culture of excellence and team spiritPerform design work and project management to support the team when neededWork in close collaboration with the Creative Director, overseeing the design studio.
