Head of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Remote (UK / Europe) The Opportunity We''re working with a fast-growing company in the cybersecurity and risk management space looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to own their entire demand generation and marketing operations function. This is a rare opportunity to build an AI-native revenue engine from the ground up, working directly alongside senior leadership with real ownership of pipeline outcomes, not just channel metrics. This role will begin as an Individual Contributor, and as the company scales there could be potential to build a team in the future, but currently needs someone comfortable in a 0 to 1 environment. The role is fully remote and will suit someone who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable setting the agenda. The Role and Responsibilities for the Head of Demand Generation You''ll take end-to-end ownership of the demand engine, from acquisition strategy through to pipeline conversion. Responsibilities for the role include: Planning and executing multi-channel demand programmes across paid, outbound, email, SEO, and events Hands-on campaign execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn Allocating ad spend across various channels and optimising bids to hit target metrics like CPC and CPL Owning SEO strategy and execution, including optimisation for AI-driven discovery platforms Building and managing lead nurture journeys based on persona, behaviour, and buying stage ..... full job details .....
