You''ll lead talented teams, shape how our services are delivered and build strong relationships with partners, funders and stakeholders who share our ambition to change young lives. You''ll provide leadership across a broad portfolio of programmes and services, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent outcomes while identifying new opportunities to extend our reach and impact. Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, you''ll help turn strategy into action by: Leading and developing high-performing teams that are motivated, supported and focused on achieving great outcomes for young people.
