Head of Delivery (Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin)

As a result of organisation growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Delivery to join our senior team on a full time, permanent basis. Working from our regional Head Office in Telford, the Head of Delivery will hold accountability for ensuring operational excellence across all service areas within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW) locality, including base site management, medicines governance, controlled drugs compliance, mobile fleet coordination, and call centre operations.The Head of Delivery will be fully accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring rigorous compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing effective leadership to diverse teams. The postholder will be adept at working under pressure, balancing competing priorities, and making clear, timely and informed decisions in fast paced and often challenging situations. Our ideal candidate will be a visible, proactive, and hands on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and delivers high standards across all service areas. They will bring substantial leadership experience within a regulated health or social care setting, with a proven ability to lead teams through change, improve performance, and uphold governance expectations.
