HEAD OF DELIVERY MANAGEMENT PRACTICE - LONDON (HYBRID) - UP TO 100,000 + BENEFITS - SC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREDAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Delivery Director, Head of Delivery, or Senior Delivery Leader to lead and develop a Delivery Management Practice supporting a large portfolio of government and defence customers. You will drive delivery excellence across programmes, projects, consultancy engagements, and managed services while leading a team of delivery professionals and shaping future operating models.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Delivery Management Practice, driving consistency, governance, and best practice.Provide executive oversight across complex programmes, projects, and service contracts.Own portfolio performance including delivery quality, customer satisfaction, revenue, forecasting, and risk management.Act as a senior escalation point for customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Coach and develop Delivery Managers, building a high-performing delivery function.Drive organisational change, process improvement, and adoption of modern delivery tools and technologies.Work closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.Skills and Experience:Senior delivery leadership experience within software services, technology consultancy, systems integration, or managed services.Proven track record delivering complex programmes, projects, and customer contracts.Experience working with Central ..... full job details .....
