Job Title:--Head of Delivery (Apprenticeships)

Location:-Home/Field based

Salary:-40,000 - -45,000

Type:-Full Time, Permanent

Our client is a growing apprenticeship provider, approaching its first anniversary - and this is a genuine opportunity to join at a really exciting stage of its journey.

As Head of Delivery you will form part of the SLT and lead a team of 9 Tutor/Assessors, taking responsibility for the learner journey, performance, quality and the overall success of apprenticeship delivery.

The role (not limited to)

• Leading and managing the delivery team of circa 9 Tutor/Assessors
• Overseeing the learner journey, including attendance, timely reviews, Functional Skills, OTJ, gateway and timely completions.
• Leading the learner and employer review process, using feedback to improve programme success
• Driving improvements in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into meaningful change
• Supporting the team with quality and performance across apprenticeship standards
• Sharing best practice, coaching and performance managing Tutor/Assessors to achieve excellence.
• Keeping up to date with key policy developments around teaching, learning and assessment

Essential Criteria

• Understands apprenticeship delivery inside and out, with current experience in an Apprenticeship Delivery Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of Ofsted
• Experience of performance managing and supporting Tutor/Assessors
• Experience of working with Apprenticeship Standards
• Knowledge of Aptem would be an advantage
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
