We are building a product to unlock access to fairly priced car finance for migrants around the country. We are a small, ambitious, tight-knit team working independently to achieve our goals.We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to build relationships with Dealers and Credit Brokers around the country. We’re building a product that provides value for customers and dealers alike, with fast decisions and competitive prices, and we need someone to tell the world about it.Reporting to the Car Finance General Manager, this role is a unique opportunity to build a key function from the ground up, map the industry, define our target market, develop our go-to-market strategy, and work with the wider team to shape our product to the needs of dealers, brokers, and their customers.What You''ll Be DoingBuild a world class understanding of the car finance marketDevelop relationships with car dealerships and credit brokers that have access to migrants seeking car finance, and sign them up with MarshmallowManage those relationships to drive further volumeWork with engineers, product designers and data scientists to ensure that our customer experience meets the needs of the dealers and brokers we work withBuild a framework to measure the success of our partnershipsDevelop a partnerships playbook that can be trained out to othersWork with the Car Finance General Manager to develop a strategy to grow the partnerships function around youWho You AreIncredibly charming. You can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from individual dealers in small dealerships to management in large corporate groups.Highly driven and self-motivated. You love a goal, and you will work incredibly hard to achieve it.A technology and product enthusiast. You love the idea of working with engineers and designers to build a great car finance product. You might have worked in startups before, or you wish you had.What You''ll Bring5+ years experience in a B2B sales role.
