Head of Data Engineering

We have been retained to hire a Head of Data Engineering for one of the biggest Media and Advertising businesses in the country.

The role worksat the intersection of Digital Ad Exchanges, Real Time Data, unique first party data, self serve ad platforms + much more.From Day 1 youll be tasked with leading a good sized team developing the Data Platform sitting behind a large portion of the businesses operations, + a new business vertical expected to grab $billion dollars worth of marketshare.A technical background in Data Engineering and Data ArchitectureDeep understanding of Modern Data Architecture and Data ModellingExperience with cloud (ideally AWS) and Snowflake (ideally)Experience in Media and Advertising a bonusThis is a rare opportunity offering someone the ability to take over what is an already talented team of Data Engineers, Architects and Analytics Engineers, and the responsibility for Developing the Data Platform that powers the most important functions within the ..... full job details .....
