Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic Law Firm in London to help them secure a a dynamic Head of Data. You will be tasked with the following: Experienced in shaping data strategy and governance in complex organisations. Comfortable operating in a greenfield environment. Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation. Motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a function from the ground up.A proven track record of establishing and delivering data strategies in law firms or, professional services. Pragmatic problem-solving and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to make a difference and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience in planning future resourcing; initial phase has no direct reports, but team-building will follow (one/two headcount placeholder for this financial year).
