Head of Data and Management Information A major financial services organisation is seeking an exceptional Head of Data and Management Information to lead enterprise data, regulatory reporting and management insight across the business. This is a high-profile leadership role with direct exposure to the COO, Executive team and Board. This is an opportunity to shape the future data strategy of a growing regulated business while maintaining excellence across reporting, governance and controls. You''ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving transformation programmes that improve decision-making, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. What we''re looking for: Proven leadership experience within banking, fintech or regulated financial services Strong ownership of regulatory reporting frameworks and governance processes Deep understanding of PRA and FCA reporting requirements Track record delivering enterprise data, MI or reporting transformation programmes Experience developing Board and Executive-level management information Strong background in data governance, data quality and control environments Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organisation Contract Details: 6-month initial contract Hybrid working with offices in Hertfordshire Immediate or short-notice start preferred Why this role?
