Head of Data and Insight

About the Role As Head of Data and Insight, you will lead the development and delivery of Muscular Dystrophy UK''s data, reporting and insight capabilities, ensuring data is used as a strategic asset to support decision-making and organisational performance. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the charity''s Data and Insight Strategy, overseeing data governance, organisational reporting, and performance monitoring. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will provide meaningful insights that support strategic objectives, drive continuous improvement, and enable evidence-based decision making. The role will also play a key part in developing automation and AI capabilities, helping the charity make the most of emerging technologies while promoting a culture of data-informed thinking and innovation. As a senior leader, you will champion best practice in data management and empower teams to use data and insight effectively to maximise impact for people living with muscle wasting and weakening conditions.
