Head of D2C Ecommerce
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of D2C to lead and scale a high-growth direct-to-consumer ecommerce function within a well-established, international consumer products business. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take ownership of the full online commercial performance, driving growth, customer experience and digital innovation across the D2C channel. As Head of D2C, you will lead the development, launch and optimisation of a modern ecommerce platform, owning the full digital trading strategy and customer journey. You will combine commercial leadership, digital strategy and hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to deliver growth across acquisition, conversion, retention and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the D2C ecommerce strategy, driving revenue growth and performanceLead the launch and optimisation of a Shopify-based ecommerce platformManage the full online trading calendar, campaigns, promotions and product launchesTake ownership of D2C PandL, forecasting and performance metricsDrive customer acquisition across paid, organic and partner channelsLead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy (email, automation, segmentation)Optimise conversion through CRO, UX improvements and A/B testingDefine product merchandising, pricing and online experience strategyOversee fulfilment, delivery and returns performance in collaboration with operationsManage the wider digital ecosystem (CRM, ERP, PIM, payments, integrations)Lead ..... full job details .....
