Head of Cyber Security Permanent Hybrid (3 days on-site weekly) South West, UK Our client, a well-regarded leader in their industry, is seeking an ambitious Cyber Security Leader to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cyber security professional with previous experience in a Head of or senior management role, as well as someone looking to take the next step into a strategic security position. You''ll join an established IT management team, providing leadership across cyber security, information security, governance, assurance, and resilience. Responsibilities and Duties Security Strategy and Risk Governance, Assurance and Resilience Security Operations Oversight Reporting and Continuous Improvement People, Culture and Collaboration Essential Experience and Skills Significant experience in cyber security, information security, governance or security management. Demonstrable experience developing and delivering cyber or information security strategy. Strong knowledge and practical experience of NIST, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. Strong experience of cyber risk management, audit, assurance and remediation. Experience overseeing SOC, SIEM, security monitoring and alerting capabilities. Understanding of vulnerability management, penetration testing and security remediation. Experience developing cyber security KPIs, KRIs and management reporting.
