This is a senior leadership role with strategic responsibility across Cloud Operations, IT Management, and Cybersecurity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.The company has a strong portfolio of products that are essential to industries such as energy, offshore, and large-scale infrastructure.The RoleThis is both a hands-on technical and leadership position. You will ensure the secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure required to support global SaaS platforms and internal IT systems. You''ll work closely with the CTO, embedding security into all operations, and leading compliance and IT delivery.You''ll also be responsible for building and leading a small but scalable team (3-5), aligning technology roadmaps with business goals, and managing vendor relationships and audit requirements.Key Areas of ResponsibilityCybersecurityEnsure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other frameworks.Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Champion a DevSecOps culture across the organisation.IT ManagementLead IT support, enterprise systems, and SaaS tooling.Manage IAM, endpoint security, networks, servers, and storage.Develop IT policies, asset tracking, and onboarding/offboarding ..... full job details .....
